The goal of this article is to encourage thought

Many of you know, there are many neglected areas in Runescape. This could indicate that it hasn’t received a graphical update for RS gold years or, in some cases, it hasn’t updated with updated graphics, or it simply has nothing to do with it. Other problems include cities and regions not being big enough to be worth noticing, or just plain odd.

The goal of this article is to encourage thought about how to fix this and also to collect those ideas. Let’s start with Burthorpe. It is one of the most important Asgarnia city which has been neglected for a long time.

Burthorpe was once the capital of Asgarnia, until the King fell sick. Now, seeing as it was the capital, you’d expect a huge, magnificent city with huge walls, high towers, as well as elite guards… well.. I have a surprising discovery to share with you. It is not grand. There is no castle wall, and an attack from the trolls could be devastating. Furthermore, the castle wall is damaged on the side where attackers could attack. It’s truly absurd! It’s also extremely boring and dull. It is also unusable since the city has not been painted.

Imagine a city that is larger than Falador. There are huge walls that surround the gates, and rooms for guards who can make tea or sleep in these little rooms. Each area of the castle would have a strong tall tower, stuffed with important rooms.

To ensure safety, several homes would be constructed. They’d look similar to Falador, but in Black. Each one would be adequate in size and include things to live in, such as bathrooms, a double bed, another bedroom to sleep children and a basement with a kitchen and dining room.

The walls of Burthorpe would house the remains of a museum as well as libraries. It also serves as the capital.

Burthorpe has another issue. The bank that is the sole one in Burthorpe (I do not include the Warriors Guild as part Burthorpe) is situated in a Thieves den. This isn’t good enough for a Capital. There would be two banks: North and South.

Did you have any other ideas you could imagine as city-related tourist attractions? How about a minigame at the OSRS buy gold Barracks? Or, a good location for smithing to make weapons or armour. Some specialist shops would be a great idea, as well. This is up to you. Thank you for reading!
