Water Dispenser Tap & Faucet Troubleshooting Method

1. Water Dispenser Tap & Faucet(KOKOELECTRIC) of drinking machine

Cause of failure:

(1) Whether the button position of the faucet is tightened.

(2) Whether the knob of the faucet is twisted or not.

Exclusion method: tighten the red or blue part of the faucet clockwise to reset and tighten the faucet. Or unscrew it counterclockwise, adjust the silicone tube and spring in the faucet by hand, and then *** on the faucet again. It can also be used by after-sales service personnel to replace the knob of the faucet on the door or the entire faucet on the rear panel.

2. The cold and hot water of the water dispenser tap & faucet are in series

Cause of failure (1) The water level in the engine base is full of hot water outlet holes. Solution: Check whether the float valve of the water purifier is not installed properly.

Cause of failure (2) The water in the water storage tank of the water dispenser is full and covers the hot water vent hole on the side of the water storage tank of the water dispenser, or the cold water and the hot water are connected together to cause series temperature. Solution: reinstall the float valve.

Cause of failure (3) The “one-way valve” on the connecting pipe of the hot water tank in the engine base fails. The hot water flows back to the water storage tank, and the cold and hot water are connected together, resulting in series temperature. Solution: Replace “check valve”.
