Galvanized Steel Composite Panel Are Classified According To Production And Processing Methods

Galvanized Steel Composite Panel is a steel panel with a layer of zinc on its surface. Galvanizing is a common economic and effective antirust method, and about half of the world’s zinc production is used in this process. Galvanized steel panel is to prevent corrosion on the surface of the steel panel and prolong its service life. The surface of the steel panel is coated with a layer of metal zinc, which is called galvanized steel composite panel. According to the production and processing methods can be divided into the following categories:

(1) Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet; The thin steel panel is immersed in the molten zinc tank so that the surface is covered with a thin zinc steel panel. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, i.e. the steel panel roller is continuously immersed in the melting of galvanizing bath to make galvanized steel panel;

(2) alloy galvanized steel; The steel panel is also made by hot dipping, but immediately after the bath is out, it is heated to about 500 degrees Celsius, thus producing a thin film of alloy zinc and iron. The galvanized sheet has good coating density and weldability;

(3) Galvanized steel panel; The use of galvanized steel sheet has good processability. However, the plating layer is thin and its corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip plating.

(4) Single-sided plating and double-sided difference galvanized steel panels; Single-sided galvanized steel sheet i.e. galvanized products on one side. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, coating, antirust processing and processing. In order to overcome the defect of no zinc coating on one side, there is a galvanized panel on the other side, on which is a thin layer of zinc, namely a double-sided differential galvanized panel.

(5) alloy and composite galvanized sheet steel; It is made of zinc and other metals, such as aluminum, lead, zinc and other alloys, and even composite steel panels. The steel panel has excellent antirust performance and good coating performance.

Galvanized steel composite panels are divided into common electrolysis panels and fingerprint electrolysis panels. Anti-fingerprint panel is added with fingerprint treatment on the basis of the common electrolytic panel, which can resist sweat and is generally used for parts without any processing, brand SECC-N. Phosphating is commonly used for common electrolytic panels, phosphating panels and passive ring panels, and is characterized by SECC-P, commonly known as P- material. The passive ring panel has been oiled but not oiled.
