Everyone didn’t quit but alot of cheap RuneScape gold people did. OSRS having nearly 3 times the player numbers while being an extremely outdated game kind of talks for how much people didn’t like EOC along with the MTX. RuneScape was huge and it will be a long time until it dies because of just how invested people are in RuneScape. I dislike MTX but play RuneScape daily since I enjoy it despite its own problems. Not everyone play for exactly the same reasons though and for some the”competition” aspect was significantly diminished with the coming of MTX, and others believed that their accomplishments didn’t mean as much because of MTX. I think that it’s totally fine to play RuneScape for those reasons so that I do not blame people for stopping because of it.

I suggest you put more work into your news releases? There is not when people browse through and enough info and they set their opinions really early. So that individuals have all of the information right from the start Publish a video explaining the rationale behind it and all of the ideas. “Fastest” accomplishments should depend on time spent in game – perhaps not first come, first serve. Like King of this Skill worked. You’re simply giving a free win to the no-lifers who play 16 hours every day. How is anyone with a complete time job meant to compete with that?

I mean it’s pretty obvious RuneScape mode is not meant for individuals with jobs. Just gives people who have a great deal of time on their hands somerhing else to do once they max/if they dont need to max. After reading the post again it really seems as if you can complete things at your own pace and still get the rewards (like in POE). So I really don’t see why this manner could not appeal to all gamers. Anyone that wishes to experience RuneScape slightly differently (through Relics) and work towards slightly different aims (via Tasks) need to be able to enjoy this. Why not create a competition all players can compete in fairly? Isn’t that ever an option with RuneScape? I really don’t think I will vote for this thought.

I will present that RuneScape in general is focused on people with lives, since most games are not. And to be honest I kind of like it that way. No-lifes, NEETs, individuals who must remain at home because of disabilities or for whatever reason, these people can get satisfaction, amusement and (no more memes) a sense of accomplishment by following goals in RuneScape by each hour of their day. On the other side of this coin, people like myself that have families, jobs, other hobbies and other commitments can nevertheless play RuneScape and enjoy doing things even when the time required to do it is not available to us. I had a hydra task lately. I think my point here is that RuneScape is meant for those who can dedicate all their free time for this. A game style that rewards them for their devotion is not bad.

What this site did not answer is why I should want to perform this. You explain what you’re doing, but why exactly should I bother playing with this? I need to dedicate hundreds of hours to doing something I have done before simply to get cosmetics that are tradeable anyway? The jmod comments in this thread imply that this isn’t actually a contest and buy rs3 gold being is not the goal, however the first paragraph at the site ends with.
