1. The parallelism of front and rear shafts and coplanarity of sprockets: For wear life, the performance of suspension chain depends to a large extent on whether front and rear shafts and sprockets are installed correctly. The requirement is that the parallelism of the front and rear axes are within 1/300. The coplanarity of the front and rear wheels is 0.5-1.0 mm/m. If the chain finds the above problems during operation, it should be adjusted in time.

2. Cooperation between industrial transmission chain and chain wheel: If the hanging chain and chain wheel do not cooperate well, it may be that the chain hinge is worn and the pitch is elongated. If there is tooth jump, replace the chain in time. If the suspension chain sprocket is worn, replace it.

3. Excessive operation noise of industrial transmission chain: The reason for excessive operation noise of industrial transmission chain lies in the non-coplanar suspension chain sprocket; Chain tightness is too large or too small; Insufficient lubrication; Wear of chain and sprocket; Or the chain pitch dimension is too large, we can correct it by checking the parallelism between the front and rear axes and the coplanar condition of the chain sprocket. Adjust the center distance and tensioning device to obtain proper tightness and ensure lubrication to the workpiece.

4. Side wear of chainplates produced by industrial transmission chain: If the inner surface of chainplates of inner suspension chain links is seriously worn, it means that the transmission is not aligned. The solution is to check the alignment of the shaft and sprocket. If there is no problem in installation, check whether the rigidity is insufficient due to excessive load and deformation during operation.

5. Fatigue of chain plate of suspension chain produced by industrial transmission chain: when the load is too large to exceed the fatigue limit of chain plate, the chainplate of suspension chain will suffer from fatigue damage, and tiny cracks will be generated around the hole until it breaks. We can choose by reducing the load or replacing the chain with large bearing capacity.

6. Chain jitter: The reason for hanging chain jitter is that the chain is too loose, the load is too large, or one or more links are inflexible. The solution is to install a suspension chain tensioner or adjust the center distance. Reduce the load if possible.
